Acceptable Use Policy

Troop 9546 members area — leaders, parents, and scouts only.

Purpose

This site supports troop calendar, documents, and supervised group communication. It is not a public social network.

Who may use secured areas

• Registered adult leaders and committee members (verified by administrators)
• Registered parents/guardians of current scouts
• Scouts with parent/guardian consent and administrator approval

Prohibited content & behavior

• Profanity, harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Sexual content or grooming behavior
• Sharing personal contact information (phone, address, social media handles) in chat
• External links in scout communications without leader approval
• Photos or information that identify scouts to the public without consent
• Any content that violates Scouting America Youth Protection policies

Youth Protection & mandated reporting

All adult users are mandated reporters under California law. Report suspected child abuse or neglect to law enforcement and child protective services immediately, and notify the Scoutmaster. Use the in-app report feature for concerning site content.

Communications are troop-monitored group channels only — no private one-on-one messaging between adults and scouts on this platform.

Moderation

Administrators may review, block, or remove content before or after posting. Accounts may be suspended for policy violations. Scout messages may require leader approval before appearing in chat.

Privacy

See Privacy Policy. Do not post information that could put youth at risk.
